Rocket League Esports Team

    Rocket League Esports Team November 11th, 2023 the UNCP Esports Rocket League Team was invited by UNCW (University of North Carolina Wilmington) to participate in Champions Shore against other colleges all around North Carolina. A day 2 tournament were colleges compete against each other in Rocket League, which is a game known for vehicular 3v3 soccer matches.  UNCW's Esports entrance to the Tournament! This is one of the commentators from UNCW Champions Shore for the Rocket league tournament along with UNCP's Esports Team.  As the Esports Club was recently brought up last semester, within the start of the fall term semester teams have been made in hopes of competing against other colleges, which has became the greatest success of the semester that included Valorant and Rocket League themselves!

   A Game Full of Wonders: Musical #1 Game: Super Mario Bros. Wonder, Release Date (October 20th, 2023) One of my first favorite obstacles to play in Mario Wonder is World 1-2 Piranha Plants On Parade. When I first bought the game, I thought I was going to skim thoroughly through the worlds.    Which I did and it took me a week. Although I can say I had a few musical and challenging courses that I loved while playing Wonder, while also admiring the talking flowers that would commentate on little actions you do or what surrounds the area. The Wonder post would contain spoilers for those who have it and want to play it on their own as I continue to post some Wonder stuff here.  Here is small part of a video of my playthrough part of 1-2 course.

Esports Overwatch Practice

Overwatch Interest Meet! 11/2/23 (Poster made by me.) On November 2nd, 2023, I hosted the very first Overwatch Interest meeting, as I was told of the approval of the game and team was going to be set for the spring semester of 2024. I was really excited to hear this and decided to set up a proper meet before we hit the semester off going against other colleges. I've created a list during the interest meeting Overwatch Interest Meeting List 1. Discussing the team/competitive play. (50 games to gain competitive access on OW)(Highly Recommended.) 2. Encouraging practices or have practices Thursdays to not collapse with the other team schedules. 3. Tryouts will not be around until Next Semester! 4. Get to know the interested peeps!
