November 11th, 2023 the UNCP Esports Rocket League Team was invited by UNCW (University of North Carolina Wilmington) to participate in Champions Shore against other colleges all around North Carolina. A day 2 tournament were colleges compete against each other in Rocket League, which is a game known for vehicular 3v3 soccer matches.

This is one of the commentators from UNCW Champions Shore for the Rocket league tournament along with UNCP's Esports Team. 

As the Esports Club was recently brought up last semester, within the start of the fall term semester teams have been made in hopes of competing against other colleges, which has became the greatest success of the semester that included Valorant and Rocket League themselves!
